Drag and drop
Every place in the app where dragging something does something useful.
Dragging works in most of the places you would expect it to. The full list:
| Drag this | Onto this | And you get |
|---|---|---|
| Image files from Finder | The Library | The files are uploaded into your library as your own assets. |
| Image files from Finder | A prompt’s reference area | They are attached to that prompt as reference images. |
| An image in the Library | A prompt | That image becomes a reference for the next generation. |
| A layer on the scene canvas | Anywhere on the canvas | The layer moves, with guides snapping it to the canvas and to nearby layers. |
| A step’s output in a flow | Another step’s input | The two steps are connected, passing the image along the chain. |
| A flow input or step output | The flow’s outputs | That value is published as an output of the whole flow. |
Drop zones highlight while you drag over them, so if nothing lights up, the target does not accept what you are holding.
