What stays on your Mac, and what is sent to an image generator when you run a request.
Monet is a local app. Your API keys, projects, prompts, scenes and the whole image library are stored on your Mac, not on a server belonging to us. There is no account, so there is nothing to sign into and nothing for us to hold.
When you run a request, the prompt, any chat context and any attached images are sent to the one AI image generator you selected for that request, using your key. Nothing is sent to the other services, and nothing is sent anywhere at all until you run something. Background removal never leaves your Mac.
