Purchases, invoices and refunds

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. They charge, collect the tax for your territory and issue the invoice — so receipts and card-statement entries come from them rather than from us.

The legal page sets out the terms, what the licence grants, and how refunds and chargebacks work. If a refund is the right answer, ask us before raising a chargeback — it is almost always faster.

Lost your key?

Email us from the address you bought with and we will send it again. We can look up any purchase from that address alone.
