Sensor, fan or per-process cards are empty

The privileged helper is not running. Check for Operator in System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions and make sure the app itself is in /Applications — it cannot register the helper from anywhere else. Full detail on the helper page.

Some sensors never appear at all

Not every Mac exposes the same set. If a reading is missing on your model while the rest are present, the hardware most likely does not report it — Operator shows what it can read rather than filling gaps with estimates.

“That license belongs to a different product”

The key is valid, but it was issued for a different app. Check that you pasted the key from your Operator purchase email rather than one for another Unified Sense app.

“This license is no longer valid”

The key has been refunded or disabled. If that is unexpected, email us with the address you bought with and we will look it up.

The key will not activate

A key covers one Mac at a time. If another machine still holds the activation, deactivate it there first — or write to us and we will free it.

Operator says it is activated offline

It could not reach the licensing service and is running on its seven-day grace period. Connect to the network once and it re-verifies. If it persists on a healthy connection, a firewall or DNS filter is likely blocking the check.

Something else

Write to [email protected], or use the form in Settings → Info — that one brings your version along with it, which usually saves a round trip.
